Before you launch
A few things you provide
- A free Cloudflare account to run it on. It stays in your name.
- A domain name, about $10 a year from any registrar.
- To launch it yourself: an afternoon following the written guide, copying a few commands as it tells you. Or take Business + Setup and we launch it with you.
At this scale, hosting is typically within Cloudflare's free allowances. Usage can grow beyond those allowances, and your domain is billed separately by your registrar.
Before you decide
Common questions
Am I buying just the design, or the working system?
The working system. You receive the public website, the booking engine that checks availability and calculates prices and deposits on the server, the admin back office that runs content and operations, and the database behind both, as one codebase that already works together. Nothing is a mockup, nothing is sold separately, and there is no second purchase to make it functional. The live demo is that same system running.
Is the source code included?
Yes, with every licence. There is no tier that withholds part of the system: Business, Business + Setup and Agency all receive the complete public site, the complete admin back office, the booking engine and the full source. What differs between them is what you are allowed to do with it, and how many websites it covers.
Is this a subscription?
No. It is a one-time payment, and there is no recurring fee to us at all. The third-party infrastructure you run it on has its own costs, Cloudflare, your domain registrar, but those are your accounts, billed to you directly, and a site this size sits inside the free allowances.
Where does it run, and can you switch it off?
It runs on your own Cloudflare account, on your own domain, with your own database, we have no access to it and no switch to turn it off. This is not a hosted service you rent and not an account you can be locked out of. That also means the running costs and the uptime are genuinely yours; we are not your hosting provider.
What exactly do I receive?
A private copy of the complete source code through a private repository, plus written deployment documentation by email. You may modify and use that copy commercially within your purchased licence; InBrief remains the original code owner and copyright holder. It arrives with no content in it, every page, price and photo is yours to enter from the admin.
What is the refund policy?
There are no refunds once the code has been delivered, because delivery is instant and irreversible. Review the live customer-facing Voyara site before you buy. The private administration interface is not publicly available. You will be asked to confirm you understand this at checkout.
